March 31, 2011 an agreement on cooperation was signed between the St.Peterburg's branch of OJSC "RosDorBank" and small business Credit Assistance Fund in St.Petersburg. The purpose of this agreement is to create conditions for small enterprises to ensure their equal access to credit resources.

This cooperation enables customers of St.Petersburg obtain credit in "RosDorBank" regardless of own insufficient security, which is compensated by a warranty of Small Business Credit Assistance Fund in St.Peterburg. The amount of the warranty is up to 50% of the credit sum, but not more than 30 million rubles.

Also, it was agreed that both parties will conduct joint information campaigns, advise on the development of small business of St.Peterburg, and cooperate in conducting seminars and presentations for small business on financial management of enterprises, products and banking technologies.
